The Sabians - Shiver LP
The Sabians was a rock music project with former Sleep members Justin Marler and Chris Hakius. This reissue of their 1993 album “Shiver” was released at the end of 2024 on vinyl LP as part of Ripple Music’s “Beneath The Desert Floor” vinyl series, which unearths long-lost treasures from the golden days of stoner and desert rock. Justin Marler on the album: “The music on The Sabians album Shiver is a direct result of my time in the monastery, where I warred with my demons. The album is a musical expression of spiritual warfare, with songs like One by One, Sweet Misery, and Cannibal Machine that dig deep into the fight for one’s soul.
