International Orders
All orders for customers in the US, UK, Australia and Canada can be made online. The flat rate shipping fees provided in the cart is based on averages for current rates. For international orders (all orders outside the US, UK, Australia and Canada) we will need to determine shipping and handling costs in advance. Shipping is averaging $30-40 for one book, which is annoying because it’s much more than the book itself. We can only receive payment for international orders via PayPal. We will need the following information sent to us via this Contact Form:
Name and shipping address, including country
Item(s) you want included in your order
Email address associated with your PayPal
Once we have this information we will email you with the cost (products and shipping total) to confirm that you wish to proceed. If you give us permission to proceed, you will receive an email invoice from PayPal from us.
