Shipping

Orders within the United States:

Most individual orders ship within two business days. Large or bulk orders may take slightly longer. During peak periods we can experience an additional one or two day delay.  Time to delivery depends largely on the shipping method used, with USPS Media Mail taking the most time, but usually being the least expensive. Please note we have no control over the USPS, but we do have in place systems to help expedite even USPS Media Mail.  Most orders ship with a tracking number that is emailed to you so that you can track your shipment.  If you desire faster delivery, please contact us to arrange.

Special Shipping Needs:

If you need special shipping arrangements that are not provided on the website, please call your order in to (254) 457-1897 during normal hours Central Time.  Do not place your order online and then call to adjust the shipping method.

Backorders:

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.
